Very regret visiting this store. This is my second time to replace the frame. First time, I did it at Rochester Hills office. Its efficient and nice. They put everything together for us within one week. I thought every store follows the same procedure. The reason I selected this store this time is because its a little closer to my place. But I made a big mistake. I ordered the frame in December 9, and never got notification until I called today. They said they just got the frame today. What a coincidence! They also said they dont have our lens. However, it took more than one month to know the frame is ready, how could I know where my lens are. I thought the lens were with them just like what other office did. However, I found the lens at home. And I will figure out how to put lens on the frame.
