Beware!!!!! I dropped a dress off. They gave me my slip, and charged me more than double the price when I picked it up. Horrible experience with staff! Service: Special care fabric cleaning

This place is an institution! They've been around forever and the little lady that runs the shop is an icon! Just enough attitude to remind you that she's the boss, but with a special and personal touch! Love this place!!

When I dropped of my Wool Coat with faux leather trim to be cleaned I asked if the leather trim would be okay. Yes they said - will be fine. The trim is all cracked now and pieces flaked off - ruined and I cannot wear. They tried to blame it on the quality of the product saying how cheaply made it was, etc and how designers should never mix the 2 fabrics - wool and leather - blah blah blah. They never once offered to stand behind their cleaning. Very poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone!

We're very sorry for the misunderstanding. The coat is made up mostly of wool which needs to be dry cleaned. However, the manufacturer mixed wool and faux leather which cannot be dry cleaned with the guarantee that the faux leather will not be damaged. We explain these types of conditions at dropoff to our customers before we agree to move forward. We have always been comitted to quality in the 30+ years we've been in business.

The only thing MEGA are the prices. I tried this place out as it is closer to home than my normal cleaners. A standard adult size dress shirt is about $6.00. Other places are almost 1/2 that price. Research prices before you shop.
