Staff is extremely rude especially Dave that works at the front register the pharmacy says my script takes 2 days it was sent to them on Friday its now Tuesday night still no script. The pharmacy wont answer there phones I have called 3 different times today all 3 times I waited over 20 min on hold and was than disconnected my dr office also tried calling them to change my script but gave up and told me to pick a different pharmacy because the people here do not care about there customers

My medication was impacted by a shortage. I was without my medication for about a month. I called to check on the status of my prescription and was told that they had the brand name in stock and could fill my prescription that day. I was extremely frustrated because they should have filled my medication as soon as it was back in stock (I didnt care if it was generic or brand name). I went without my medication for no reason and only got my prescription filled because I decided to call and check on the status. It should have been filled without me having to take this action.
