Very poor customer service, I've had many problems with the lady's working the phones. I call to try to cancel an appointment and it goes in one ear and out the other. My next issue is when they charged me for not showing up when I already told them days in advance I couldn't make it in. My last problem is when I get put on hold for 10 minutes just to see if they are open.

Been going here for ~8 years with whole family. They are like a family themselves and service is great, professional, and kind. Dr Leo has a good team.

I have always had an awesome experience Im always in and out. The office staff is awesome and my 4 year old son has his first ever appointment here and they made him feel so comfortable he was not scared at all !!! I would recommend family first dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!!

Dr Leo and his staff are amazing! They take the time to get to know you, listen and treat you like family. Dr Leo's work is amazing and his attention to detail is second to none. I love going to the dentist now! Thank you Dr Leo and staff! Highly recommended!!!
