        I went for minor fix and the doctor did great. No complaints. However, the front desk lady questioned me such an attitude when I didnt fill their so called user friendly online form ( I tried to fill it in twice and its so outdated. That form user interface reminds me of early 2000s forms ) And they were supposed to charge 10$ as per my copay but charged 15$. Its a small amount but couldnt understand why!
