Ms. Annette, Jill, Zarin, Praveena, Ratna, Caroline, Brena, Ms. Stacie and ANY of the teachers that assist in the infant room have been absolutely amazing. As a first time mom, they've made our experience with childcare an incredible one. We're so lucky our daughter has this wonderful team to care for her while we are at work!

This is a great center. I can't speak for the other people that have reviewed, but I have had a great experience with my son who has been there since he was seven weeks old. The staff and director have always been very responsive to my concerns.

I feel like I shouldnt have to write this but I do. My review was originally 5 stars when we started going here back in 2020. At the time management was great. The infant room was awesome. Mrs Annette is too good for that place. My child still loves her to this day. After Covid hit we switched directors to Amber. And got ms. Katie as an assistant director. They were like the dynamic duo I swear. Amber eventually got moved to another location and the quality of this daycare has gone downhill big time. Let me start by saying we left he daycare due to a lack of integrity and honesty. Since other parents have been contacting me from this daycare to find out what happened and why we left Im going to post it here since the email I sent to the DM hasnt been responded to since I sent it on October 17th. When my child was in 2s he had his elbow pulled out of socket and they couldnt tell me what happened to him. Would not even look at the footage. Ok we switch to preschool shortly and hes constantly being bitten. So he tells me who it was and i had a civil conversation with his mother in the parking lot. She knew what was going on and she was happy I told her. She asked to see the marks and I showed her and asked if there was anything she was doing to curb this behavior or if there was anything I could help her with. She was appreciative of the conversation. Stacie the new director brings me into the office and accuses me of threating the child in the parking lot. She told me one of the teacher had said something about it. When I called the DM to speak with her about it she told me that Stacie felt uncomfortable and didnt know how to handle the situation. Mind you- mom and I hugged, we talked numerous times after, and still talk after unenrollment. I am foster licensed so this could potentially really hurt the status of my license. The lies from this director are unreal and I cant believe she is in the position she is in. She needs to be removed from running a daycare. She doesnt care so much that an employee had her child enrolled- upon her husband bringing the child home it had appeared the child was pinched on the bottom. It was bruised. Because of how she was treated she decided to quit and unenrolled her child. When brought to the directors attention she told the employee theres nothing she could do and wouldnt even look at the footage to see what happened. If this is how she treats her employees you can only imagine how she treats everyone else. Please refrain from taking your children here until they get better management and are actually willing to converse about the well-being of your children. Read some of the other reviews. Im not the only one that has left recently due to management.

Im a working mother of three boys. When my middle child was born, we started looking for child care. We toured several centers in Troy with availability in January of 2022. We chose Childtime on East Long Lake Road. The staff seemed nice and they were the only center to offer live streaming, so we could check in on our little guy from time to time. We signed paperwork at a rate of $345 a week. Two weeks before starting, they told us our rate would be $365 a week. Annoying, as it was too late for us to move, but we figured weve already completed the paperwork, so lets move forward. The infant room started off well with some small hiccups. Ms. Annette, in particular, was/is a miracle worker. At first, she was the only one able to feed our baby. We joked she couldnt take PTO. Unfortunately, the center is constantly getting new staff. First issue, they took him out in 30 degrees with no hat or gloves. They fed him new foods without our consent and then pushed back when I asked for a record of what he ate. I explained he had been getting gas/diarrhea and I was trying to identify the culprit so to please let me know. That didnt happen. He was also getting diaper rash often while there, but just fine at home. The app stated they were changing him every two hours but it just didnt make sense. I emailed the director to let her know that he may need to be checked more frequently. She said shed let the staff know. Meanwhile, our already ridiculous rate kept increasing. We paid another registration fee of nearly $200 the following year as well as just under $400 a week now, even after moving beyond the nursery. Okay I could justify it if we were getting acceptable care for our son, but it just kept getting worse. Once we picked him up to find his diaper changed, but redressed in pants covered on the inside in poop. I sent the director another photo. She apologized. Sometimes wed pick him up, and hed be extremely thirsty. I set aside a few hours one day to watch the live stream to see what was happening. They recorded he received water, but he didnt. I emailed the director again. She said she would address. He moved shortly to Toddler 2. I told them multiple times that my son was ready for potty training. I asked them to follow my lead, but they would not work with him consistently, which was really difficult. However, the bigger issue was his injuries. Our son was getting bitten or scratched in the room multiple times a week. In fact, we have 17 incident reports in 3 months. And not just small injuries. He was hit by a chair, scratched so deeply in the face it left a scar, and bitten to where he bled. We pled with the director to do something. She would reassure us, but nothing at all changed. One of the staff called me once and said he got hurt but she didnt know how. I admit I lost my temper. After that, they stopped calling me or writing me reports at all. I would find bite marks on his back. At this point, we were on multiple waiting lists to move him. Those in the area know waiting lists can be over a year long. We would watch the cameras while at work and reach out when/if we saw something. I just had no confidence in the center at all. Finally, we got a call that a spot opened up and we pulled him immediately. Funny thing, they would apologize to me for the inconvenience and then increase my rate again. Right before we left, I was given a notice my rate would be $418 a week. I moved my son and we are all much happier. There are some really great teachers I want to call out, Ms. Annette, Ms. Jill, and Ms. Katie (who sadly decided to leave for similar issues at the same time). But its not worth it. I have the incident reports and the photos to share. Please dont take the risk at this center. Its a risk of serious injury/lawsuit just waiting to happen.
