Wise Practice and its staff are amazing! The programs are all-encompassing and can be helpful for ANYBODY, not just people with a mental illness. I have had an incredible experience with Jill and have gained so much insight throughout our sessions. I would 100% recommend utilizing Wise Practice as a mental health resource and as a tool to help you "build a life worth living."

My daughter was a patient at The Wise Practice and I highly recommend it. Not only did she connect well with McKenzie, but she also really embraced the program. She did all of her homework (a first!) and continues to talk about the strategies she learned. It's not always easy to connect with teens, but McKenzie did a fantastic job, and my daughter looked forward to her weekly sessions. McKenzie truly cares about her patients and it's clear she loves to help others!

I would highly recommend Wise practice to anyone looking to learn skills to cope with life and lifes stressors. Mackenzie is a pleasure to work with and she works with teens as well. The DBT coaching is very valuable and helpful for anyone struggling with coping mechanisms. Mackenzie goes above and beyond to make the client comfortable and to make the experience enjoyable and therapeutic.
