So very disappointed. Ordered something online for pickup in store and when I got it home I found the box was torn open and one item missing. Yes--it's going back and I will never use pickup service again. They did not even open it to make sure all items were inside AND the box was torn! How hard was it to check to make sure everything was right?
This was the 3rd time I visited this store recently and they were not accommodating at all. Very poor customer service. Ulta--you need to do some retraining!
Update: Returned item. They think 2-3 samples they threw in the bag makes up for all the inconvenience. They don't.
The words "We're sorry" would have been better.
