I should have wrote this a few years ago but I can be a procrastinator, lol. Anyway we needed a new garage, so I got a few different bids on how much it would cost us. Grant came to our house and gave us a bid of about 20,000. And believe me it was the lowest around at the time. I got quotes as highly as 36,000. Anyway Grant and his crew went through the permit process with us even came to Troy city council for a variance to build it where the original one was. Basically they took down the old garage and built the new one very quickly. I would and have recommended Atex to all my friends and will continue to do so. Grant and his crew were very professional. I thank you for my new garage.

Ben and Brad did an outstanding job on the repairs to our roof, not only that but they qent above and beyond with fixing our gutters and even sealing the flashing around our chimney. Water was leaking into our sunroom. It was getting worse with each failed attempt at repair. We hired a home inspector to find the source of the problem, which he did in a few minutes and he told us how to repair it. We had several companies come out for an estimate. Ben from Atex was the only one who came up with the same list of issues and repair plan as the home inspector. A few days later, two men came and fixed all of the issues in about 5 hours. They even fixed a couple of unrelated storm damage items, all at a fraction of the cost quoted by the other companies. It has been two years since the repairs were done and not a single drop in our sunroom, even though we've been through several heavy rain and high wind events.
