I wholeheartedly agree with Sam Hanna. I drove to New Dimensions from Birmingham, AL on the strength of my relationship with Randy, for my second printer. My first printer performed flawlessly for 12 years, when I need a third printer I will contact Randy for his recommendation.

I called the New Dimensions office before coming in. My home office laser printer had stopped pulling paper from its tray, so documents couldn't be printed. I had first brought my printer to another printer repair shop that did nothing to diagnose it after having it in their possession for 20 days. During this time, I called New Dimensions to ask about their service. The representative said that my printer would be diagnosed as quickly as possible, though parts may be difficult to obtain depending on the manufacturer, model, age of the printer, and supply problems due to the Covid pandemic. When the other printer repair shop did nothing and still offered no time estimate on when it would diagnose my printer, I took it back and went to the New Dimensions office. The New Dimensions representative immediately checked out my printer. Because the paper tray compartment had to be closed while printing, direct observation of the paper feeding process couldn't be done. It was possible that springs in the paper tray that raised a plate to allow the paper to be fed to rollers that led to the duplex laser assembly for printing had stopped operating properly. The representative suggested that getting a replacement paper tray for the printer could be the solution. If a replacement paper tray didn't fix the issue, then getting a new printing unit would be advisable. The representative looked at my printer free of charge on this occasion. I ordered a replacement paper tray for my printer on my own, but the problem continued. A roller in the printer didn't grab the paper that was being fed to it. Replacing the roller may or may not fix the problem and repairing the printer can be expensive. I have to get a new printer. The New Dimensions representative provided timely service and attempted to help me. I will go to the New Dimensions company again when I have further printer problems.

Oh WOW!! These guys are great. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and very reasonable. I have found my new tech guys.
