I worked 50 hours a week and was fired after my first mistake which wasnt even really a mistake, more of a client just blatantly throwing me under the bus. And the boss, Alan, fired me on the spot. Unless youre one of the 3 employees he cares about, you have no job security here. Its a team of 4 or 5 at most and 3 of them have been with him for years. Besides them, the company is small and cant afford mistakes.
