Tepel Brothers Printing

Used to work there. The first couple of years were great. After that, digital print started becoming big, so the company wasnt getting a lot of the bigger jobs like they had previously. Helped out in all areas including bindery, which a couple salespeople had me do their jobs as they said I did better work than those in that department. The owner was the worst, gossiping not only about his wife but employees, frequently in the sales hallway. After 4 years was given more work, and when I asked if I was going to be compensated since raises were few, the owner walked away. Shortly after that I gave my notice. The company I went to used them for printing some brochures which after inspection had shoddy workmanship on a lot of the pieces.

This company tries to delete negative reviews because they do not want employment prospects and clients to know the truth about how bad they treat their employees!! The. owner sold his company to a Minnesota based company and split the assets with his ex wife in a divorce settlement. They were trying to terminate higher paid employees after the aquisition with temporary employees to cut costs. 5 years ago, the managers of this company profiled me and tried to set me up to get fired by placing a $20 bill in plain sight hoping I would take it. Mary Beth Tepel-Hamilton is the culprit!!! When that plot failed, they wrote me up for time theft when I was sitting at the computer checking benefits. Even though I started my own successful business soon there after, I never stopped thinking on how low down and undercover prejudice and stereotypical the owner and the owner's sister were.
