        I cant even give a one star on this location. We ordered 2 venti 3pumps white mocha and a breakfast sandwich. We even corrected the order on the screen and guess what they gave us the regular 5pumps white mocha. Its too sweet and I cant drink it. I think it is amazing that 9 out of 10 times they cant get these drinks right no matter what state we are in. Why, I dont understand. We were visiting a family member in Michigan and heading back home so cant even turn around to get it corrected. Spend over $20 on drinks that we cant even drink. I shall never go to Starbucks again.

        This is a very busy location; it always seems to have a line when I visit. But they are great at keeping the line moving quickly.

        While I was in the drive thru this morning 3/10/24 my car was hit by an employee bringing out the garbage. She hit my car hard. I looked at her. She tried to pretend she didnt do it and walk away. When I yelled that she hit my car she yelled sorry and took off! When I reported it at the window nothing was done. I find this ridiculous! Why would they not get a manager ? Absolutely the worse service ever!
