I had a truly unpleasant experience at the store recently. The employee accused me of always trying sizes without making purchases, despite having spent thousands of dollars there. This not only embarrassed me in front of my friend but also led to the employee looking up my account to confirm my previous purchases. The comment was rude and left me questioning the quality of customer service.

Ive shopped here a hand full of times and the shirts were fine. I bought a shirt 2 weeks ago and I was instructed to wash it on cold (I normally dry clean them but figured Id take the recommendation). After one wash the short had an odd deformation. I assumed keeping happy customers in house was key here since their shirts are not cheap, so I figured they would allow me to swap it out for the same shirt, since its been such a short amount of time and it was washed one time, per the stores instructions. They immediately told me that since I washed it, they cannot swap it out and lm stuck with a $90 shirt I wore one time. Last time shopping here.
