What a true gem Brad Kapuscinski was. I had lost my iPhone in Europe and was confused about the process of getting a new iPhone and having it set up. Most importantly I wondered if I should go to Apple or travel to my ATT store. Brad walked me through the process and spent over 2 hours with me, making sure I was taken care of and my questions answered! I was able to retrieve all of my photos, saved passwords and apps-saving me countless hours and worry. Thanks to Brad I am a VERY happy ATT customer with a new phone and all of my info intact!!!!
