        We built a new homein Saline, MI and EuroAmerica supplied the kitchen cabinets. We moved into our home in April 2022. The cabinets are beautiful and sleek. In August, drawer fronts became loose.  By September, 1 came completely off.  I contacted Bob Bouwens, owner, by phone and email.  I sent him a photo and he said he would get me on his schedule and send his team out to fix the drawers.  I've called and emailed several times since September and the drawer front is still not fixed.  I cannot recommend this company due to it's lousy customer service.

        We scheduled an in-home measurement and were told the design would be ready in about 2 weeks by Carol. The in-home appointment went as expected on 2/25, but we have not heard anything from Carol or EuroAmerica Design. Disappointing to be ghosted by a company we were really hoping to work with.
