I visited this place last week as I hear a noise from the rear wheels. They came back to me with a suggestion to change the rear shock absorbers for $430. I agreed, and It was done.
Three days after, I heard a loud noise from the rear wheels of my car, after I entered a gas station. I have been direct to the place, The front desk guy was not friendly at all, and he told me he can not do anything at 2:30 pm, and I need to return tomorrow. I waited until 6:30 pm to just identify the problem. He told me at 6:30 pm that the rear shock absorbers were broken and accused me of driving in a bad way leading to this. He offered to replace them again for $430. I showed him his documents of life guarantee and he told me that does not include bad driving.
I refused his offer and have been to another auto shop the following day close to this one. The repairman showed me the broken rear shock absorbers, they are not the same model, and one of them was not replaced recently as it was covered by rust!!!!!
I will file many complaints against this place in different places.
Dishonesty is a big question for this place. Save your money and time and do not go there.

Very good price for oil change considering the amount of work performed. Been elsewhere and the same service is not performed.

I do not understand the good reviews this place has gotten. Our experience was a nightmare! Took our sprinter in to have a couple of injectors replaced. I came back from a vacation a day early, because that is when they said that they could work on it. Was told two or three days. Ended up being five (plus) weeks. The worst part of it was the dishonesty. They kept saying things like "by the end of the week" and " 95% chance done by Monday" and it was still over 10 days past Monday. Almost no communication on their part. Nope, we had to call them to get lied to. Working with them was the worst experience that I have ever had. Husband had to rent a car to make it back to Alabama to be in time for the kids and grandkids to celebrate Father's Day (and then drive all of the way back to get our vehicle back.) I understand that things can happen, but the way that they handled this was horrendous. The stars that I gave them was from when we first took the van in, they were very nice at that point. I can not seem to change it. They don't deserve any stars for the work that they did for us.
