        Terrible at scheduling, if you want reliability in you appointment, go somewhere else. I have used H&R block for 15 years in other states but for some reason this one and honor appointment time and will discreetly change you appointment via text, for me that change would have pushed my past the tax deadline.

        Horrible communication! UPDATE: I was horribly upset with them not calling me, and assuming my prior years were being done as I was told, but they have since remedied the situation and Florence was fantastic. She got them done very quickly, and was very helpful!
