The delivery driver didnt bring it to the right house and just left it on someones nasty pouch so not only was I eating pizza that was on the ground and had to look for it, they gave breadsticks that werent even cooked all the way thru. Never will eat at this one again.

Weird staff members and Hot n Readys are never ready and never takes shorter than 20 min for a pizza. Defeats the whole purpose. every LC in the area is better than this one

Terrible service, waited 5 minutes to order crazy bread, finally get waited on, scans it says it's expired but has more in back, I'm thinking great hot fresh one, nope ice cold, and the butter had congealed. 3 people ahead of me in line all been waiting 30 minutes for orders, one man's hadn't even been started. Untrained staff. Disorganized. This level of incompetence in front , scares me to think what's going on in the back. Wonder if the one in Trenton is any better? Would be worth the drive.

I ordered 4 pizzas via the app so I could pick up in the portal. I was told it would be ready in approximately 30 minutes. That was no problem. It became a problem when I arrived to the store and waited almost 30 more minutes and there were no pizzas in the portal, they were just sitting on the counter and cutting table. The store was full of upset customers and no one came to the counter to tell anyone what was going on.
The manager came up and waited on someone that ordered bread sticks and then went back and made them and gave them to the customer. Then he went back to making food and let the pizzas pile up on the counter.
Once I received my pizzas, they were room temperature and the boxes were soaked. When I got home 10 minutes later, the pizzas were cool and rubbery. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened and will be the last time I waste my money at this location.

Nice, friendly staff. But never there's never hot and ready's available, you can't call to place an order, and they don't have a full menu selection on the mobile app. I wish the staff had better support from LC's corporate office.
