Great park and boat launch. Off-shore fishing area, playground and portable restroom facilities available (seasonal). The park and facilities are well maintained and clean.

Rotary Park by the Detroit River is a serene oasis . Its sprawling waterfront location provides a picturesque backdrop for family outings and outdoor activities. The covered picnic facilities are perfect for gatherings, and the baseball diamonds add a competitive edge to the park's charm . However, during my recent visit, I noticed that the large wood docks and restrooms were closed , suggesting upgrades in progress. The new metal dock in place hints at exciting changes to come, although the old ones remain fenced off for now. While it's a minor inconvenience, the promise of improved facilities is enticing. The playground equipment is a hit with kids , ensuring they have a blast while soaking in the riverside views. Plus, the strict no-alcohol policy ensures a family-friendly environment .
