Ashley was fantastic! Give thos woman a raise! I walked out after our meeting set up to earn more money with business accounts and a better set up for all of my personal accounts. She was friendly, so knowledgeable and fun!

It's never a pleasant experience going to this bank at any location. But I am posting today because the judgment that I received from the male teller at the location at King and Fort was absolutely unjustified, uncalled for and I feel a total violation of my personal rights. He should learn how to speak to people in a little bit non-judgmental way since I'm sure he's endured judgment all his life. I can't wait for this location to close down just like all the others. Edit: 3/8/24....drive thru packed, lobby empty lol.

One teller handing drive thru and customers in the lobby with other employees hiding in the back room employees see a long line and dont want to help out

I'm honestly surprised with the low review rating. I started using this bank because my original pnc bank doesn't have tellers anymore. The teller less banks are a real hassle. Iv mostly done all my banking here through the drive-thru but every everytime has been fast and friendly.
