I would have to say on the mortgage side of me buying a house for the first time in almost 20 years. Scott made it possible and easy. He took my phone calls at weird hours of the day and night. Scott was an amazing help throughout our entire first time home purchase. We didnt know who to use as our lender so we went with the highest reviewed and wow do they deserve it! After our first phone call, we had all of the information needed to get started and even some information about Home Buyer grants that we had never heard of, that we ended up using for our purchase! Scott was very responsive, available for a call whenever we had questions, and his under-writing team was an absolute breeze to work with. They gathered everything they needed and then some to ensure they were prepared for anything! I will definitely be working with them in the future should we ever look for a new house.
