        I am very happy with SOS, my Grandson loves coming to play and learn. The office manager is always kind and personable. The building is clean, but currently being repaired so only part of the building is being used at this time. We attend parent training once a week with Ryan our BCBA. She is very knowledgeable and answers any questions you may have. If she doesnt have the answer, she tries to find it for you. The techs that I have met that work with my grandson are nice and they give me a daily sheet of how the day went. He does like some of them more than others though, I was concerned with a certain tech and was able to watch on the video feed his interaction with her and he was fine. He just has his favorites. I recommend this program.

        We are so thankful to have found Success on the Spectrum. It is close to home and has convenient hours. My son loves all the therapists. He has learned so much in the little time we have been clients there(since Sept. 2023.) He can now tell time on a clock, write words and has improved speech. He is also doing amazing with Math and is now starting to read. These ladies are so passionate about their jobs. There was only one therapist that was very unprofessional and did not have the proper training to work with these children with autism. The center realized this very quickly and let her go, which I am thankful for. They do not tolerate I recommend SOS to any family that is seeking ABA services. The owners are so thoughtful and nice. They are always helping out and are very personable with the kiddos.

        Seeing how the owner, director, and manager use this model of ABA is truly a sight to behold. I have seen other agencies use a different approach, but I feel that this model is truly a great approach to help the clients develop meaningful relationships and skills. I look forward to their community outreach events, and seeing the company grow in Michigan. Thank you for the service you provide.
