If you go to this office, see Jodee, she is a nurse practitioner and has consistently been the best one in the office. My kids are teens and we have been seeing her since they were babies. We love her!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Pavlik since she was 3days old and she now 8year old. I love this office, they are always helpful and my daughter loves Dr. Pavlik.

Staff is EXTREMELY rude, never had a good experience here. Recently found out they gave my child an EXTRA DOSE OF THE SAME SHOT when i TOLD THE LADY i was certain my child already had it she said my child never received it. Come to find out they most definitely gave my child an extra dose so im extremely upset about this. They also put a cap on the number of patients they accept with a certain insurance so if you have more kids , they won't see them. I was told "we sent you a letter in 2022 saying we would no longer accept any more patients" with an attitude I said 2 years ago? And she said yes you were informed . Be so serious right now I wasn't even thinking of having another at that point in time. Also if you're late by 5 minutes more than twice they remove you as a patient. They've also told me I no call no showed amd threatened to remove me from the system and later found out I attended the appointment. Save yourself from this place STAY AWAY
