best prices for the average DYIer. what they delivered was better quality than the big box stores. their quotes were great. I am a repeat customer and have not been disappointed. from the inital contact via emails to the delivery. hands down a great experience.

Contractor was hired to renovate home and he purchased material from Mans Lumber. Work was completed and contractor was paid. We received a notice months later from Mans with a copy of a lien and a demand letter from an attorney stating that the contractor never paid them for the material. The letter demanded that we as the homeowners who had no contact with Mans pay them thousands of dollars because the person they sold the material to never paid them. Perhaps in the future you should consider having a contract with those who purchase materials from you that allows you to pursue them for non-payment rather than pursing homeowners who fulfilled their contractual obligations to pay the contractor that completed work on their home. It must be much easier for Mans to extort money from homeowners by threatening legal action against them and their homes rather than pursuing contractors that dont pay them. These distasteful business practices will ensure that Mans Lumber never receives my business or recommendation.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Do not use them for any projects. They have lumber so I guess if you need lumber youre ok. I gave them 80k for an addition on December 1st and they guessed on the concrete portion and apparently was too low so they quit as well as kept my money. I ordered windows in January , 3 days before they quit and they also cancelled my windows and kept that.just shy of 94k! They are venturing off into building homes but dont have a clue about that industry. Stick with selling lumber only mans! Robin is a carpenter they have on staff that built a few walls less than 14 long with over 1-1/2 difference in height from one side to the other. Use them at your own risk. Im over 30k into repairs from the damage they caused in such a short period with also the entire 94k in their bank rather than mine and never even got the concrete to start the addition. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
