My neice has been coming here for years. Now that this Hance is taking over everything is a mess. The lady that answers the phone is rude. They keep saying her account number is wrong. She has been going to the same place for over 10 years and they have deposited tax returns into her account. Now she is running back and forth because they dont know what they are doing. The lady who answers the phone even hung up on my neice. She said well it's wrong so you just need to come in and hung up. RUDE!! I would not come to this place. They do not know what they are doing. Very sad because the old owner was great.

Arthur J. Plonka was great and I had been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Hantz business has taken it over and since then, the customer service has plummeted, they are rude, won't sit down with you, and double charged my account. I'm done with them forever. Sad. Really sad.

Art P was great for us doing our taxes since 2004. His last year is 2022 ( retirement). However, the people/company ( Hantz ) that is taking over are complete idiots. I caught four errors. And one that resulted in me receiving a penalty. A second that was major. Marked my spouse not working in Detroit . Didnt even ask us. Just did it. Resulting a return of $830. When in truth, she worked in the city. We found this error. Resulting in having to send them a $849 check. ( return of $19 ) but, were out until they sent the error return ( $830). 4 months waiting and using our money because of the error. Stay clear.... run fast away. Had the nerve to ask it I wanted invest money for better tax results....REALLY?
