We found this company to be admirably prompt and efficient.  They responded immediately to our initial inquiry, scheduled soon after a time for measuring our windows, and then acquired and installed the seven sets of blinds just two weeks later.  The installation was performed in an obviously competent manner, which giving us needed assurance that we'd not encounter any problems later.  That need was due to our experience with the other blinds company in the area.  It earlier came out to measure the same windows but then lapsed inexplicably into utter silence.  We never obtained a quote, nor did its employees even return our calls or texts.  By contrast, Peninsula Window Coverings was entirely professional.

I recently moved into this area and my new house has Hunter Douglas blinds, but I don't know where they were purchased. One of the blinds needed a new clutch (they wouldn't stay up), so I called Peninsula Window Coverings (PWC). Turns out they didn't sell the blinds to the original owner, but Mike asked me enough questions so that he could figure out what model and size I have. Then he told me he'd see if he could get the part.Then I went out of town for a couple weeks. When we returned the part was waiting for me at home. Wow, what great service. I was able to swap it out, replacing the faulty clutch, and it worked! Having run my own business for 36 years, I really appreciate great customer service, and PWC delivered, literally. Great job Mike and Kimberly, you earned my future business.

I highly recommend Peninsula Window Coverings. They were great to work with, responded quickly to my inquiry and their products are fantastic. Mike did an excellent job with the installation, Kim was very friendly and followed up after appointments and we couldn't be happier with the product and service. If you want high quality window coverings at a great value and even better service, call these guys first!
