        Jon handled the replacement of several sliding door assemblies on both floors of my home. They also replaced two exterior doors. Jon was very helpful and knowledgable in suggesting door handles, locks, and trim. I highly recommend Jon and Window World.

        Jon and his team worked on a large window addition and replacement project on our cabin. They installed 7 new windows, a new door and storm door, as well as a 14 patio door to increase our lake views. The team kept up constant communication on our order and project, and Shawn did an amazing job on the install and clean-up. Highly recommend Window World for the quality of their products and service.         During the sale and after - Jon was great to work with. Shawn the installer was great to work with as well. When installing the final two windows we found we had bit of more than anyone expected. You never want to hear a contractor say - I cant install this. But he did. It was a good thing. We found that entire wall that 2 large windows were going to be installed into was COMPLETELY compromised. Shawn and my home improvement contractor discovered that previous water leaks were not correctly dealt with. Window World TC worked with me to pause the project and let us rebuild the entire wall and get it ready for a re-install. They were flexible and helpful throughout the project. The install work was great and the attitude was incredible. I would use them again on any project. Services: General window replacement, Window installation
