The Northern MI Weight Loss program has truly changed my life. I never knew how to eat healthy or what was truly healthy and having a limited diet really helped me learn what my body liked and didnt like. It was hard at first but once I was in a routine and felt all of my inflammation going away, it became easy. I now just continue the habits I made and its become a part of my lifestyle. At the end of the program I was down 24lbs and Im still losing. 10/10 recommend! If you follow it, you wont regret it.

I'm doing the Northern Mighigan weight loss program and I'm really happy with my results, so far I've lost 12 lbs and over 8 inches! I feel like the program is easy to stick to and the doctors help answer any question during my coaching sessions.

In just 60 days I lost 23lbs! Not only that, I have kept it offeven on vacation. At first, the meal plan was tough but once I got in the habit of the program it became easy. It is now easy for me to continue and maintain and is just my normal lifestyle. I highly recommend this program to anyway determined to lose weight and change their life for the better.
