        Adam worked on our Pure Water Works softener for two days guaranteeing the result would give us the softest water possible. Considering how hard and discolored our water is it presented quite a challenge. Adam proceeded with high energy and persistence to get the job done right. He also was very careful not to inconvenience us and worked meticulously to keep the workspace clean. We appreciated his explanations of each step he took and what we needed to do to keep our system functioning. Thank you! Woody and Maribeth

        Absolutely excellent service , tech was very skilled , informative , kind , timely . The removal of old equipment and installation of new was performed very professionally. We were kept informed every step of the way. Very pleased.

        Scheduled regular service if water softener and reverse osmosis system filters. All I got on service report is system is old and needs to be replaced. Was it serviced? Cost for both being proposed >$5000.
