We rented an accessible van and the ramp wouldn't come out and was on the phone with 3 different people and they couldn't figure out the reset and had me manually pull the ramp in and out. Then they delivered a 2nd van that the ramp worked once and 3 men at the hospital had to lift my husband in his chair in the van because the ramp wouldn't come out again and again spent time on the phone with service and techs for them to tell me to manually crank out the electric ramp. Will never go back to this company.

Nice and easy to drive wheelchair van. The price was fair enough, but I would have liked to known beforehand the cost per mile overage fee, which was nowhere on any of the documentation. Not a deal breaker in any way, however I prefer complete disclosure. My rating is based on my overall experience.
