Bought a washer and dryer, he threw in the water hoses for the washer free. Less than half what a new set would cost. The most pleasant, honest interaction I've had in a long time, I had no idea people like this still existed! This is one of those long-standing small businesses that everyone in the community has been touched by in some way.

Hoping to avoid big store prices, I stopped into Pauls looking for a washing machine. He had a variety of machines available and was very helpful on what we were looking for and needing. Bonus that he had a set for an awesome deal! 30 day warranty and parts for your machines if you need them. He was extremely helpful and loaded them onto our trailer as well after giving us a rundown of the machines, and answering any questions we had. Dont skip this store if youre needing appliances for your home.

Don't even think about it, just go buy new (you'll probably end up doing that anyway). I've purchased there previously with good luck. The washer I just picked up was DOA; just sat there humming for a hot wash cycle. I reset the machine & tried cold-OK. Then tried warm, the machine ran but only cold water was entering. I checked the house hot valve-open. I loosened the hose, hot water sprayed out. Needs water control valve. So the machine wouldn't start as it was waiting to measure liquid on "hot," and worked on warm with cold water because it's not measuring the temp (only water level). I told Paul in-person today what happened, he said it was all checked there (uh-huh). I said if you checked it on warm or cold it runs fine, you'd have had to feel the water on warm in the machine to check it. Then he told me it must have been contamination in the house pipe that's clogging the hot inlet filter (maybe it was leprechauns). I said if it did a load or two then tanked, I get it...but not DOA. Shop policy is 30 day warranty, but you have to cart it back and forth to the shop. I asked if he caught it in the sop would he have fixed it before selling it-yes. I asked it I brought it back would he fix it-yes. I told him I couldn't do that and stated that if he'd cover the repair...I'd pay whatever the cost would be for the "service call" & fix it at my house (Which I thought reasonable). He declined stating he's the only one there. He could have done it after 2 on Saturday for customer satisfaction. OK, he missed it-it happens. This was his chance to make it right. I understand the shop policy...he doesn't have to. Buy new and save yourself the money/time/heartache.
