The morning of 2/12 I was supposed to be at munson for a test & was told I could park in pk lot c & walk in that back door, I walked in just as 2 other ladies had just come in & 1 asked me if I worked here, I said no but I was told I can walk thru this way to get to radiology, the much older woman really got her panties twisted because according to her no one is allowed to walk thru that door b4 7am unless you're staff. Well there's no signage back there stating so, it's also not lit up back there so that's a safety hazard as well, however the 2 ladies are from bay area urology, the one I got berated by is about 5"3' dark dirty blond hair w/w bangs & neck length. She was unhinged & getting very much out of control by escalating when that wasn't necessary, she's a loose Canon, very much a liability for this office let alone munson health care. She berated me the worst, even though the lady w blue scrubs was almost as bad. The old woman was losing control, she didn't want to listen to me, all she could say is I wasn't listening let alone hearing what she was saying, or I should say because of her conduct she was unable to listen to me leet alone hear what I was trying to tell her, she wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise. Instead of her behaving like she did, she & I could've had a cordial conversation, so my suggestion to anyone if you have contact with that woman w/dark blonde hair w/bangs watch out, she's very belittling, berating, condescending, rude, arrogant, nasty.

I do not recommend scheduling a vasectomy here. Dr. Young needed to call in another doctor for help during the procedure and instead of two incisions she made three. The aftermath was very painful I'll spare you the visual details. 16 weeks post procedure my husband still had 60% of his swimmers that were active. We ended up having to going to UofM in Ann Arbor for a second procedure.

Phone were not answered all day. (1-15-23) Finally at fifteen minutes before closing time a female nurse with an attitude called me to say they were closing soon and to go to an emergency room for my uncontrolled pain due to kidney surgery. Absolutely the worst, non caring office staff experience Ive ever had. Seriously considering transferring my account to Grayling Urology services. Today I am having a kidney stent pulled out with no managed pain meds. And if one has ever had one of these pulled out; it is a very excruciating, painful procedure!

I previously had a kidney stone removal 3 weeks prior in a grayling Munson. Got referred to bay urology. They have access to all my records . I personally called grayling to verify they did have access to everytbing. NP in the office lied to my face and told me she couldnt see anything. I kept having to tell her to look into her system. Wanted a new CT scan told her I had one done 3 weeks ago when I had surgery. After telling her twice she logged in and seen it and then she admitted she didnt have the time to look ! Just wanted to schedule me whatever surgery without even talking about any other options or even reading my damn chart. Didnt even know why I was even at the appointment! Im one to never write a review good or bad. I do not recommend. Even waiting in their office for over an hour. I do understand other patients take a while. Thats whatever. But they had the tsame ferret since 12/7 and my appointment was 1/23. You think they would read a simple chart

This experience was undeniably the worst I have ever encountered - from difficulty making an appointment to a nurse practitioner ordering a procedure that should not have been ordered without follow-up tests and then never hearing from scheduling. When I called after 3 weeks, I was told the order had never been given. In one phone call, I got a better response from the University of Michigan Urology than in 4 weeks at Bay Area Urology. After my video call with the U of M Dr, it was clear that the NP's next steps were completely out of line. I saw numerous inaccuracies when I reviewed the visit notes to send to U of M. For example, the notes described a physical exam that the NP never did. I should have read the Google reviews before I went.
