This is an awesome place to rent a u haul, you can check in inside ace hardware or you can do a mobile check in which takes a little bit longer because you have to do photos of your face and drivers license, but it was easy to do with no in - person contact! The Drop off process was easy as well and took less than 5 minutes.

We rented a van for a week for a local move, and extended the contract twice for a total of 3 weeks. We requested to extend the contract for a 4th week and were told that the van had to be surrendered because it was going to be returned to U-Haul and sold. We then reserved a different vehicle of the same size. We had to pay for gas and round-trip mileage totaling 24 miles to exchange the vehicles, in addition to losing an hour of rental time in the process. The van was returned on time, fueled and clean. When we asked for compensation for the additional 24 miles to exchange the vehicles our request was denied by the facility. We also learned that the location owner suspected us of potential vehicle theft because he had seen the van briefly parked at a home involved in the move 14 miles from the facility. Stalking your customers seems a bit creepy when a simple email should suffice.
