      image Im not one to write reviews but here I am. I think the worst thing was that Beth fell asleep on me once during a session. Literally was snoring. Maybe that says more about me than her ha but I couldnt believe it! I felt like she tried to lead me to mindfulness & applied alternative methods which were cool to try but ultimately I felt I was talking to myself and opted out of therapy. Fast forward a few years and I tried to get in contact with her via text and phone. When calling her, the phone rang all the way to voicemail and I never got a simple message back over a week later no communication when I felt I really needed someone to talk to & was trying to get help. I wish her the best and understand everyone is human but oops.
