From among the several contractors who evaluated and bid our roofing job Northshores Trevor provided the most thorough and complete assessment. The crew that arrived less than two weeks later completed removal of the old shingles, replaced two skylights, reflashed three others, installed new shingles and completely picked up the debris in one day. While the agreement mentioned certain contingencies that could arise, none did and the final price was as agreed.

Nik is awesome. This company went above and beyond to try and help me with an insurance claim. They are honest, hard-working, very efficient, and are a good value. Mr. Henderson was a great Foreman while the they did my roof. Highly recommend.

My husband and I purchased a home in December 2023 knowing our front porch had a leak. Once the snow had melted we contacted Northshore to get a quote. They showed up same day to give us an estimate. Once we officially signed the paperwork, they were here within a week and had our roof fixed before either of us were home from work for the day. We are very satisfied with what was done and how quickly they were able to do it. Northshore exteriors will be our go to for any other future work!
