The most expensive physical therapy you can buy. Be prepared to be billed $300-$400 per 15 minute session. Therapists were nice but I feel Munson should disclose how much these sessions cost before hand. One session cost more than an MRI. Also the PT was 5 minutes late, every time. I really don't know why they bill so much for such basic service.

Woefully inadequate, no communication, treats clients as less than spews the same stories over and over again, cant keep anything straight. EXTREMELY disappointed.

I hated Mary Free Bed in Grand Rapids but this place is amazing. A huge shouout to Michael who does OT and Lee who does Speech. They are amazing and extremely helpful. Lee stuck it through with me even though I became frustrated due to a brain injury and was not kind but she always was and I will always remember her and Michael because they've impacted my life in positive ways and look out for me and my well being. Please recognize these two and Tiffany is wonderful too although she doesn't treat me but works closely with Michael and is awesome. This place is wonderful and please recognize these individuals for their amazing work!!!!

Huge lack of communication skills. Untrue things written in my chart about my condition from the NP, and after reading it in my patient portal I tried to discuss it with him. I was told I was wasting his time and he didn't like that I had looked in my portal. He went on and on about his caseload, overworked hours, and the lack of time he spends with his family. Very unprofessional!
