As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of anxiety about finding the "perfect home"; however, having Kurtis as our guide not only made the process easier, but also made it fun. Thanks to Kurtis, we learned a lot about the home buying process, what we needed to look for, how to stay conscious of our budget, etc. Kurtis listened to our needs and provided a "voice of reason" we needed during some especially stressful times (our neighborhood of choice was popular and oftentimes we had hours before we needed to put down an offer). After being in our first home for a year, I am so happy with the outcome, but as we expand our family in the future, I look forward to the potential opportunity to work yet again with Kurtis.
