Lexa is the absolute BEST! I began working with her several months ago looking for a very unique property. She always responded very quickly with helpful information to my many, many requests on different listings. When I made a special trip to town, she even braved a snowstorm to show me properties! She guided me through several different potential offers/ negotiations that ended up just not being right, until we found the exact right property for me. Throughout this time, Lexa went over and above when I think many others would have given up. Lexa is the first and only professional that I'll call on all my future real estate needs!

Lexa was fantastic in assisting my family with our relocation to the Traverse City area. She was very intuitive with our needs and was able to find a home that we are incredibly happy with in the first weekend. The home that we contracted was not one that that we had originally targeted, however she instinctively set up the showing after reviewing what our needs were. We were very happy with her in every step of the transaction.

We just completed our 3rd (!!) home transaction using Lexa as our Realtor and the experience has been absolutely incredible! She has helped us purchase two homes and sell another. The final experience was a true demonstration in her wide skill set. Initially she wrangled a tactical negotiation and offer (in this market we managed to purchase for under asking- I wouldn't expect all transactions to go this way but she could read the market that well!). The property was outside of Grand Traverse County and she met with us without hesitation. Sellers of this property were foreign and she seamlessly handled the FIRPTA Foreign Tax Laws. To add to the commotion there was a property line dispute just as we were scheduled to close and Lexa took charge to get that all hammered out without us needing to be stressed at all. Lexa's general lovely demeanor, great negotiation skills, and can-do attitude has left us with great excitement to share her and strongly recommend any and all to give her a call. At the beginning there was light, there was Lexa. Nicole and I were first time home buyers, we knew nothing to not much. We needed serious help. We were able to connect with Lexa through Chase. She happily showed our first 4 choices of homes to look at. She is knowledgeable, kind, patient and so sweet. Literally everything you could pray for before you start a process this eventful. We were able to successfully make an offer that was accepted by the home builder. Lexa was connected with us during every step, answering every question to the smallest detail. She fostered a seamless process to create comfortability and left us with the biggest sigh of relief at the end. I couldnt be happier with her expertise and patience through the process.
