While walking through homes he was always quick to pull out his light to look things over thoroughly and point out things I would easily overlook. From initial showings through final closing he always in contact and updating me on what to expect next. Larry did a great job. We came to him to represent us in purchasing a specific house we had found on the internet. It was the only house we were interested in. When we met with him at the house, he did a great job in identifying some negative aspects that we had not appreciated. A lesser buyers agent might not have been so inclined to point out flaws that could have jeopardized a slam dunk sale. He never pressured us or tried to steer us to something we werent interested in. He provided good support throughout the entire process. He is definitely in your corner and a good representative.

Larry was a true professional from start to finish. His website is outstanding, he spent a ton of time acquainting us with the area, was of great assistance with the development of our hot list and was excellent in identifying all the issues that we missed. He very knowledgeable in many areas and is very candid and honest with his clients on all aspects of the home purchasing process. This was our first with a buyer agent and it was a great experience.

5 stars aren't enough to rate Larry and the work he did for us. He was always ready when we contacted him. Always prompt with information, worked with us closely thru the whole process.The home we finally purchased was visited by us and Larry 2 times. Larry spent 5 hours with us at this home, climbing thru the entire structure, taking notes, doing our own preliminary inspection. When the time came to purchase he acted switfly and we bought the home at the price we analyzed. Larry was always prompt, professional, on time, returned all calls quickly, knew his market and was always there for us. We don't know how you could find a better realestate professional. And he is funny and a very pleasant person to be with. If you want a high pressure salesman, look elsewhere. If you need a hard working, level headed professional who is very good at realestate, call and work with Larry.

Larry has helped us through two home purchases and I wouldn't have anyone else. He was knowledgable about every home we looked at and quick to point out the things we may or may not like about them. Being a buyer agent meant that he could focus on finding the home that was right for us and not worry about properties he himself was listing. Every communication was prompt and professional and even though we weren't looking for a home on the higher end of the price spectrum, we still felt like we were treated as if we were an important client. Cannot recommend highly enough.
