        Needed post-op supplies for knee arthroscopy.  Had various choices, didn't know how to determine which were best for my situation.  Rebecca was enormously helpful.  She guided me to the items in the store, explained the differences, and tape-measured me to ensure one item was the right fit.  Then, since I'd recently gone on Medicare, she explained how it paid for one item (but not the other), then smoothly set me up in Munson's system so I could use my Medicare benefit properly.  In general, Rebecca was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient - and also friendly, thoughtful, and considerate.

        Went in on May 19th for a allergic reaction which they cured along with another problem I had at the time...but during all this this nurse comes in with a big needle that's larger than my arm and shoves it deep into my arm....as she's giving me a blood draw from the arm she just put the massive needle into...I can feel the insides of my arm being torn apart as she keeps moving the needle....now after going to another hospital that couldn't even help me for something this hospital messed up and paying more money to get it looked at. I now have a giant bruise that might be a infection and it's now painful to bend or use my arm.
