After I completed a sleep study ordered by Dr. Loomis-King, I didn't hear back from them for MONTHS, at which time I began calling to see if my test results had arrived. I had to leave 8 voice messages and encourage them to change the word will to the word may in their voicemail prompts "If you leave us a message before 2pm, we WILL return your call the following day" needs to say, "we MAY call you back the following day, but it is very unlikely we will ever return your call" After Dr Loomis-King finally returnd my call weeks later, she confirmed my results were back and that she would call in an order for a CPAP, but low and behold another few months have gone by and I have heard nothing about a CPAP. Then the office called me up to schedule my follow up visit to see how the CPAP is working, and I told them I never recieved the call like Dr. Loomis-King said I would so why would I come in for a follow up. The scheduler said she would follow up immeditlaey to see what happened, and she would call me back that day.... it has been weeks later and I have not heard a word, and don't plan on leaving 8-10 voicemails begging them to provide ANY type of care for which I paid . I suppose it is a good thing that my sleep apnea is not critical because I may have already been dead.
