Amazing people. Dr Fredericks always takes time to explain everything I need to know and also answers any questions that I have. Her staff is so kind and make me feel welcomed. Thank you all for such a great experience.

Very disappointed with their level of care! Have an issue with a thyroid tumor that has returned and have been getting the run around for 3 months with no progress on getting any testing scheduled. Finally left them and went to another Endocrinologist and now I cant get them to release my medical records even though I have requested this more than once.

I have been coming to this office for years sometimes its hit or miss if the experience is good overall the doctors have treated me well and have listen to my concerns but as of today I will not be going back and I will going to a new office. I travel 45 to 50 minutes to get to this appointment every time and Ive always been on time and today I hit every red light and traffic was just horrible I was literally six minutes late for my appointment and she was very rude to me and said that Im not sure if we can see you so I said OK and then they had me take a seat and I sat there for literally 15 minutes while they decided if they could see me or not and she said youll have to come back a different day. My appointment was for 1130 they are close noon to one so I think I was may be disrupting their lunch by six minutes but I just found it absolutely ridiculous and the way that she talk to me was extremely rude I totally understand being late is a hassle for them I wouldnt want people to be late to my office but it was six minutes it was not my fault and the way she talk to me was not pleasant. Sad to leave this office but Im a little upset with how they handled everything! Will not be back!

Very much enjoyed my first appt with Dr Brunner and nurse Lauren. He took the time to speak to me about all my concerns and issues today-very empathetic!! L!Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Amazing place and if ur lucky enough u will get Jessica she got me from an a1c of 12 plus to a 7.6 so I can get my open heart all with in 1 year she is simply amazing ty again Jessica hopefully u see this
