I usually only take the time to leave negative reviews, so you know this has to be good! I have chronic pain and an autoimmune condition and have tried several massage therapists in Traverse City. Jenna is by far the best Ive found in the area. Her deep tissue relieves pain for several days and shes always willing to make adjustments as needed. Highly recommend!

Jennas expert, individualized approach to body work has completely changed my mindset about massage and mobility: when I am not feeling 100% due to sciatica or pinched nerves, I reach for my phone to schedule with Jenna instead of looking for the NSAIDs and Tylenol.. her massages arent just relaxing I feel better for DAYS AND DAYS after seeing her. (Pro tip: Pre-book your next apt with her because she fills up fast!) Receiving massages from Jenna has been by far one of the most holistically restorative things I have done for myself. She is a very professional, warm, and nurturing person and has a true interest in her clients wellbeing and progress. I recommend her to anyone who is seriously looking to feel better.
