I called our plumber of 23 years Walters and Hemming to talk about installing a new toilet. They set up an appointment for me and then suggested three companies to go to to order the toilet. The first one I went to was Fergusons, Christie was very nice and showed me two toilets I could order, in the color bone, I called her the next day she was off, so I emailed her with no reply back. I finally got a hold of her after the weekend and told her I would go with the less expensive toilet, as it was for the guest bathroom. She then told me if I was going to go with that toilet Id have to order it myself, it would come from New York and it could be damaged by the time I got here, so I said OK then lets go with the more expensive toilet. She said it was in stock, she would order it and it would be in in 24 hours that then Walters and Hemming could pick it up after 2 PM Walters and Hemming were contacted to do this and when they went to pick up the toilet, it was the wrong toilet ! they told me that Christie was going to re-order it and that once they had it in hand, we would reschedule the installation. After the following weekend, I just called to see if the toilet arrived. Christie was there but could not take the call, so Sarah helped me and informed me , that the toilet was not in stock and would have to be ordered from the main maker and it would take at least three weeks. I dont know how long they were going to wait to Let me know this?! It was not Saras fault but I expressed my my displeasure in the customer service that was offered, or should I say not offered!!! I told her to cancel the order, and then I would go elsewhere! And I will let Walters and Hemming know not to suggest Fergusons!
