        Bought a new zero turn mower. Gentleman brought me out back to show me one that was being prepped for a customer which was model I was interested in. He was helpful and answered all my questions. Went home to order from Toro to get sale price and free shipping and they were all out of the 'Myrides'. Called Fergusons and they had one left and did transaction over phone including sale price and free shipping. They delivered a few days later and the young man was very knowledgeable and helpful. Painless experience!
