Their snow removal services are THE WORST! I do not often write reviews but I felt compelled to. Our condo association uses them, mind you we are an association of Dentist and Doctor's offices. So being prompt on snow removal is a big deal as many of us have elder patients. They remove snow when they feel like it but then say that they were there and "can prove it with their GPS". Often times they drive through and maybe sprinkle salt- again if they feel like it. One of our offices had an elder patient fall last week and slice his head open because they had not done their job. Our parking lot was left with a big sheet of ice that will now be there most of the winter because it is too cold to melt. You know it's bad when patients keep asking why the parking lot is so icy/not plowed and we have to explain that we pay a company to do it so that they realize it is not us neglecting it. They are an accident waiting to happen! I called to complain for 1st time this year and was called back by Derrick their plow manager and he was beyond rude. He did not care about my concerns and yelled at me! I am in shock by their lack of service and professionalism. Maybe they have better staff members in different areas/services but when it comes to snow removal they are horrible, period. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

AMO has come out on 2 separate occasions to conduct drainage work on our property. Both times they came out on the day they said they would at the times they said they would. The first time they were here it took about 4 days to do quite a bit of extensive work (downspouts connected to underground trenches, dry well installation, top soil, parking pad, stepping stones, concrete patio removal, seeding/fertilizer). They made quick work of this and it looked great. The second time was to address separate drainage issues (another dry well elsewhere on the property, other downspouts connected to underground trenches to pop ups). This work was done in one day. We also had a heavy rain a couple of weeks after the first work was done that resulted in some washout in a few areas where grass hadn't sprouted yet. They came and fixed all the areas under warranty with no issue. They did great work. Also, Joe is more than willing to come and meet you in a very timely manner to discuss any issues or concerns you may have.

We needed quite a bit of work done on our pond and landscaping. We selected AMO from all the alternatives. Partly because of Joe and of prior experience with the company. The work was just completed this afternoon and we could not be happier with the results! We would like to thank Mike and Kyle for a job well done and their attention to detail.

Did an amazing job on our lawnmowing, cleaned up so nice too. Made those beautiful criss cross pattern in the grass. Great price too

They have neglected our roads terribly, we have been waiting for over a week for them to plow for us. This has resulted in car damage. Very upset with the poor service provided!
