Store manager went above and beyond helping me today. My son locked himself out of his phone some how and he tried everything he could to get in. Him and his staff really deserve a gold star or raise. They could have said "not my problem" and sent me packing but they helped. Even when thinks seemed bleak. I really appreciate the help and not sending me packing. Thank you! And to top it off they were busy! Acted as if I was their first priority. Absolutely how my mind!

Helpful staff. The set-up process took longer than expected due to corporate T mobiles inability to link my new business service with a Netflix promo.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Went in for a new phone and information on my old phone that doesnt charge and Issac Bates the rep was short in answers and told me incorrect information. He proceeded to stop the conversation and called me disrespectful and ignorant in attitude. The manager who was helping someone near by just let this kid continue to ruin business in the store. Isaac thought it was funny and proceeded to talk back and mock me. Luckily my wife, mother, and baby were in the store which stopped me from escalating the issue. Never returning and expect that manager to reach out and apologize. Edit: Sams Club has a TMobile kiosk at the moment. Dooley the rep there was EXCELLENT. Addressed my concerns with the other stores customer service, then provided me with answers/solutions to my original reasoning for the visit. Bought a new phone like I was looking to do and felt good walking out. Been with T-Mobile since 2006. Thanks Dooley for keeping us around!
