The service was very friendly. The place is grungy though. The breakfast was good.

I would be hesitant to give this hotel your credit card info! I stayed two nights with my children and was surprised to see an additional $250 charge they claimed was for ruining towels which I used normally. They claimed I ruined the sheets but couldnt account for $250 worth of any damages. I stay at hotels often with my kids and NEVER have we incurred something like this. The manager also never acknowledged us or said one friendly word the entire time we stayed. We also were only one of maybe three other guests during that time, and I sincerely think they are lacking revenue and at that point stealing from their own customers. They refuse to return my calls to come to a resolution. Beware!

Nice hotel. Found out the pool and hot tub were closed when we got here but was not told we could cancel right then, so we checked in and were told nothing could be refunded after that point. All websites say the pool and hot tub were still up, which was the sole reason for choosing this hotel. No effort was made to reimburse or make things right, told we were SOL. If we were told we could cancel prior to checking in we would have, but it was not communicated at all. Very frustrated.
