    Read their mission statement & compare with my experience: I called and emailed many times simply asking for a tracking number for an HVAC part. No return call or email. Part never showed, I suspect it was never shipped. Got a refund through Paypal and their response was "Sorry for the oversight." If they didn't have the part the courteous thing to do would be to just let me know. Not ignore me and leave me waiting when I could have just ordered it elsewhere. David Hoekje should be ashamed. Beware of this seller!

    Perfect transaction. I ordered a large heat exchanger on Tuesday that I needed by Friday; this is not something readily available. Called PartsGuy multiple times to confirm this can happen and my call was answered quickly every time by a person, no machines. The man I spoke with was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the part got to me on time. Even received a follow up call to make sure it was delivered on time. Normally I don't write reviews but the customer service was outstanding. Thank you PartsGuy!

    I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered some HVAC parts and on the web site it showed pending for 16 days. I called several times and emailed repeatedly with no answer. It is cold and I needed them for heat so I waited patiently until I could not wait no longer. I ordered the parts for another site. My advice would be to stay clear from them unless you just like the frustration.
